For those who want to enjoy the market beyond Flower Day, Eastern Market hosts regular market days throughout the spring and summer. The Tuesday Markets run every Tuesday in May from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

in Sheds 5 and 6, offering a quieter shopping experience with plenty of flower selections. Vendors also sell plants daily in Shed 6 from Mother’s Day through Father’s Day, with additional offerings during Saturday Markets.

This year’s Flower Day features exclusive merchandise designed by Detroit artist Allison Sims. Limited-edition posters and T-shirts will be available near Shed 3, with the first 50 posters hand-signed and priced at $50, while others will be sold for $25. Merchandise sales will continue at Saturday Markets while supplies last.

To make the most of Flower Day, visitors are encouraged to arrive early-some even start as early as 3 a.m.-to secure the freshest flowers and best parking. Carts and wagons are available for rent, but bringing your own is recommended.
